An electrical switch broke while the recliner was in the out position. FibrenewNCD was called to assist in repairing the cushion-mounted switch. Since the new switch was shorter, we had to manually sew some of the material at the opening to close it. Afterward, we ran the new wire and reassembled everything to its original state.
