When we detach the headboard, we figure out what material we’re going to use and then replicated the headboard with new vinyl. Looks like it was supposed to be like that.

- This older community pool had some furniture with rotten straps. FibrewnewNCD took on the challenge of replacing the straps on 10 lounge chairs. After removing the trim, top cover, fabric sheet, strap hold down, and straps, we had to grind down over 15,000 brad nails and paint the frames. We also cut 900 feet of HD canvas straps from Sailrite Marina and nailed over 16,000 stainless steel brad nails to hold everything together. This should now withstand the elements better.
