“I contacted Saul when my new puppy ate significant portions of two of my leather couches. Saul spent time understanding the extent of the damage, reviewed the pictures that I sent him and candidly explained what he could do based on the condition. Even though we set a date for repair, he was responsive, professional and continued to follow-up with me throughout. On the day of the repair, he spent hours patiently repairing the furniture with the goal of restoring them to their intended form. I was only hoping that he would just sew up the big holes so I could have time to search for other furniture, but he exceeded my expectations and I have no desire to search for replacements.
