“I recently relocated from TX to NY and my moving company (Atlas) broke my leather couch straps my mom had custom made in the 70's. I was totally distraught. They didn't offer much for repairs and the 'big name' repair places were ridiculously expensive and I didn't even trust they could fix a unique piece that was sentimental to me.
