“Daniel from Fibrenew is wonderful! I was honestly panicking over a tiny tear in the seat of my leather office chair. The chair was expensive, I know nothing about leather repair, and I was convinced it either couldn't be fixed or that the color and natural variation would be impossible to match.
Daniel came out, took a look, and as he started trying to fill it in, a tiny piece of something came unstuck from the chair. It turned out it wasn't a tear at all! Total non-issue, and he didn't even charge me for coming out.
He was friendly, professional, right on time, and clearly knows what he's doing. I'm so grateful for his honesty and would absolutely recommend him. I'll definitely call Fibrenew again if I ever need leather repair in the future!”
