“So glad we reached out! Our expensive leather couch and love seat were over 12 years old and definitely showing their age from from years of use and pets. The seat cushions were starting to fade and become scratched. We had talked about getting them repaired for years and then we saw the add in the ValPak and thought "why not!" Stephanie was very pleasant to work with over the phone and email and Warren gave us an in home estimate and did exceptional work! We were not able to be home while the repair was taking place, but Warren locked up when he was finished and you would have never known anyone was there, except for our new looking couch! Price was reasonable and we will definitely be working with them in the future to keep our pieces looking good as new.”
