“We had a nice leather couch which was very comfortable. About 6 years ago when we got a new puppy, she chewed a huge hole in it. We lived with it until she outgrew her chewing stage then bought a new leather couch (which was not nearly as comfortable). We duct taped the hole and let our daughter take the old one to college. It ended back in our basement until one day we got a flier in the mail about Fibrenew. I submitted a request for a quote and promptly received a response. We decided to go ahead with the repair and lo and behold, we could not be happier with the result! Stephanie communicated with us regularly and promptly and the work was beyond our hopes! I couldn't ask for more (except for them to lug the couch up the stairs for us back into our family room!). But that is asking a bit much, I suppose. Bottom line, I recommend them without reservation.”
