“We had a 19-year old leather couch and chair that were still in great condition, as they were Thomasville (when it used to be made in the U.S.) but the arms were in terrible shape from dogs and body oils! Found Fibre New on the internet and contacted them. What a pleasure to work with Stephanie and Warren!!!! They truly care about their work. Turns out, our couch and chair are of heirloom quality, they are that well made! Fibre New took the BEST care of them....from the transportation arrangement guys to when it was in the warehouse to when it was delivered back to us.
