“I am extremely pleased with Warren & Stephanie Rosenthal (Fibrenew)'s response to my motor failure on my couch. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and to schedule a time for a service call. And they were very professional to arrive when they said they would. My problem was a mechanical and electrical failure for a motorized footrest and back recliner in my couch. Lots of moving parts/wires/switches. Warren was an expert in determining the point of failure. He had the problem fixed in short order. I had no idea who I needed to call to fix my problem. The furniture store that we purchaed this couch had gone out of business. Who do you call when it an electrical problem on your couch ?!?!
