“After 10 years of daily use, our leather ottomans were definitely showing significant wear - dry, scratched, and extremely faded. She cleaned the ottomans and then did a fabulous job matching the color for the top to the undamaged sides - no easy feat because of the mottled variations in the leather. Once she had the ottomans looking perfect, she finished with a top coat that will help protect the leather in the future, and gave me instructions on how to clean and condition the leather so the ottomans stay looking great for a long time to come. We are so happy with the results and already have plans for Suzanne to come back to do some cleaning and restoration work on our sofa and the leather seats in our SUV.
