Suzanne was awesome, a miracle worker. She re-did a tear on our 2019 MDX seat and it turned out great. I think the price from upholstery shop was $600 to replace the section, Suzanne did it for $175 and you cannot notice it at all.
We then had a leather sectional set with badly worn seat - foot area. Thought we'd wait for a couple of years and replace the whole set. Suzanne made it look brand new for $200! Photos attached (zoom in to see all the re-work near the stitches, so much detail).
On a personal note, Suzanne is just a nice person. Very honest, does not over sale and pleasant to deal with.

Suzanne is fantastic!!! I tried for several years to find a company to repair our front drivers seat on our Lexus . After sending multiple pictures of the damage we never heard back from any of the companies we tried to hire . After finally sending the same pictures to Suzanne from a Google advertisement for her company she responded immediately. . Wow! Our dogs were rough on our leather couch even though we tried to keep it covered. Suzanne made it look like new. She also repaired the seat of my car which had a huge scratch. This was such a great investment to restore rather than replace.
Suzanne did an outstanding job on the restoration of my husband’s beautiful and expensive Tommy Bahama lambskin leather jacket! The leather had come off and left a large white patch where a name sticker had been placed, which was not sticker residue. It ruined the look of the jacket. Wow!!! We got a new puppy who is the sweetest thing ever. However if anyone can remember the movie Gremlins that is what she sometimes turns into. We are so thankful for all of the wonderful work that Suzanne did in restoring both Leather and Fabric pieces right in our home. I would highly recommend!!!

After 10 years of daily use, our leather ottomans were definitely showing significant wear - dry, scratched, and extremely faded. I started looking for new ottomans but we really love the ones we have. They match our sofa and are the perfect size. In addition, the prices for new ones are crazy! I came across Suzanne and Fibrenew Hagerstown in a Google search for "restore leather ottomans" - and I am SO glad I did! Suzanne came to my house - so easy and convenient for me - and stayed until the ottomans were restored to "like new" condition! She cleaned the ottomans and then did a fabulous job matching the color for the top to the undamaged sides - no easy feat because of the mottled variations in the leather. Once she had the ottomans looking perfect, she finished with a top coat that will help protect the leather in the future, and gave me instructions on how to clean and condition the leather so the ottomans stay looking great for a long time to come. We are so happy with the results and already have plans for Suzanne to come back to do some cleaning and restoration work on our sofa and the leather seats in our SUV.
