“After 10 years of daily use, our leather ottomans were definitely showing significant wear - dry, scratched, and extremely faded. I started looking for new ottomans but we really love the ones we have. They match our sofa and are the perfect size. In addition, the prices for new ones are crazy! I came across Suzanne and Fibrenew Hagerstown in a Google search for "restore leather ottomans" - and I am SO glad I did! Suzanne came to my house - so easy and convenient for me - and stayed until the ottomans were restored to "like new" condition! She cleaned the ottomans and then did a fabulous job matching the color for the top to the undamaged sides - no easy feat because of the mottled variations in the leather. Once she had the ottomans looking perfect, she finished with a top coat that will help protect the leather in the future, and gave me instructions on how to clean and condition the leather so the ottomans stay looking great for a long time to come. We are so happy with the results and already have plans for Suzanne to come back to do some cleaning and restoration work on our sofa and the leather seats in our SUV.
