Anthony provided fantastic service to a leather panel on our bar that was damaged from an alcohol spill. He was prompt, as friendly as ever, did his work in house in a timely manner, and the panel was like brand new. We would recommend him in a heartbeat for service needs.
Oh my goodness! Anthony and Fibrenew have brought our leather sofa, chaise, and ottoman back from the claws of the cats. Well, not completely, but the job Anthony did to refinish/re-dye our leather is dang near perfect. I wish we'd done it years ago. I feel like I'm sitting on a brand new piece of furniture. I had FibreNew come and clean a white couch that previous cleaners had yellowed. I was panicked that the yellowing was permanent and the couch is relatively new, so Anthony came and took at a look at it and spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning the sofa. It looks brand new and not ALL of the previous damage is repaired but he went above and beyond and it's the best we can get without replacing the couch. I'd give them 6 stars if I could, they were well worth the cost!
Someone placed a leaking bottle of insect repellent on a leather-covered cabinet of mine. The alcohol etched the leather. Anthony did a fantastic job of bringing it back to life, and the best part is he was able to preserve the original leather (so it matches the leather in the rest of the room). Turnaround was quick; I absolutely recommend!
We were very doubtful that our eighteen-year-old leather sectional/recliner could be repaired adequately, so we are truly thrilled that its surface looks like new after Anthony refinished it. It had a small hole--now gone; it was sun-faded--beautiful again; it was a bit baggy--still is, just like we are. I truly am glad that I called Anthony. I have a brown leather settee that is about 12 years old. About 4 months ago I noticed in one area on the front edge of the right-hand side of the settee that the material was developing ridges and seemed to be getting ready to peel. It was an issue that I wanted fixed, because I have been so happy with the settee. I did online research and called Anthony Williams at Fibrenew. I selected him because of the pictures of his work posted at his website. He responded promptly. I sent him pictures of the problem online. Again he responded promptly and gave me a quote for services. The quote was very reasonable. We settled on a date for him to come to my condo. He was on time and prepared to work. I got him settled to work and about 2.5 hours later....my settee was like new. I could not have been more pleased. He was efficient, caring about the quality of his work, and did an excellent job. The charges for his services were reasonable. He is courteous, friendly, and professional. I recommend him highly.
Excellent overall experience! Ray returned my phone call promptly and was out to see our leather couch the following day. He did excellent work and was very honest. We are currently using him and the company again for another job!!! I highly recommend Fibrenew!
Anthony did an amazing job. My wife and I picked up a Victorian sofa for $100 and planned on having it reupholstered. That is until we found that if would cost an average of $1400 plus $800 for the cheap fabric. We were about to take the loss when I stumbled on the Fibernew listing. I sent a picture of the sofa along with my contact and Anthony was able to come out that day and do the job PLUS clean all the previous owner’s dog’s hair off the sofa. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My favorite couch in the whole world was on its last legs! After 20+ years, the sun and the wear and tear was just too much for old Betsy. I found Fibrenew on Yelp and gave them a try... OMG! My couch looks AMAZING! There was literally a hole in the leather. I didn't think it could be saved. The couch looks as good as when I first bought it! I sat on it, but now I want to place a velvet rope around it and consider it a museum piece! I'm over the moon!

Anthony refurbished our leather sectional, chair and ottoman a few months ago. The furniture is 10 years old and our two dogs scratched it and even urinated on on it, it also had severe sun damage due to floor to ceiling window exposure in our high rise condo. Anthony not only made the leather appear brand new, he updated the color for us to a beautiful, rich taupe/gray. We feel we have a brand new sofa at a fraction of the price of a new piece! Anthony was amazingly efficient. We had our brand new look in time for the holidays!! I highly recommend!
The price was very reasonable for what needed to be done to my car's dashboard; paid less than what was expected. Anthony, the specialist, was very professional, friendly and on time. Although I asked a question everyday via email, he was prompt with his responses in 24 hours. I will be contacting him for future needs.

The leather seats became cracked and faded.
This job was particularly challenging due to the age of the leather. When Mr. Williams was done the seats looked brand new. The color of the seats and the texture were fantastic. I would recommend Fibrenew to anyone with leather that has lost its looks with age.
