“I have a brown leather settee that is about 12 years old. About 4 months ago I noticed in one area on the front edge of the right-hand side of the settee that the material was developing ridges and seemed to be getting ready to peel. It was an issue that I wanted fixed, because I have been so happy with the settee. I did online research and called Anthony Williams at Fibrenew. I selected him because of the pictures of his work posted at his website. He responded promptly. I sent him pictures of the problem online. Again he responded promptly and gave me a quote for services. The quote was very reasonable. We settled on a date for him to come to my condo. He was on time and prepared to work. I got him settled to work and about 2.5 hours later....my settee was like new. I could not have been more pleased. He was efficient, caring about the quality of his work, and did an excellent job. The charges for his services were reasonable. He is courteous, friendly, and professional. I recommend him highly.”
