“I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Fibrenew! Initially, I emailed Josh and Ann pictures of the damage my at-the-time puppy had done to my 3+ year old leather furniture: the couch, loveseat, and recliner all had major damage, mostly on the arms. I was told they would do the repair, both when I sent the pictures and when Josh was at my home, but that I shouldn't expect the end product to look that "good" since the damage was so severe. Josh wanted to ensure I wasn't expecting miracles given what I was starting with!
