I am giddy with happiness after Fibrenew Columbia was able to clean my light tan car upholstery to perfection. I am more than pleasantly surprised, since the stain was old dirty brown grease that leaked out of the motor of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and I honestly didn't think it could be lessened, much less totally removed, but Joseph Justin performed a miracle and it's all gone. I would recommend his services to anyone, and so grateful for his exceptional skills at removing stubborn stains. I will definitely call him again if/when my seats get stained again, which is inevitable. I have three carseats in my vehicle, and a place for all of my greatgrands, so it's just a matter of time till another serious spot mysteriously appears, and now I can rest and relax with assurance Fibrenew Columbia will be able to get it out for me. I am a very grateful customer, and am sure you will be as well.

Excellent work, the repair looks great, reasonable cost, and a nice person to deal with! Fibrenew showed up on a Saturday and did an excellent job fixing my driver's seat in my vehicle. I had 2 cuts on the upper bolster as you get into the vehicle, I still have no idea how it happened. One was just over an inch and the other was two to three inches. The repair looks great and the cost was reasonable compared to either having that section replaced, much less the whole seat cover. I've attached below a before and an after photo. My wife said it looks great and she's much pickier about aesthetics than I am. I'd definitely recommend their service!
After submitting photo to the Columbia email (this is key, don't send email to corporate Fibernew site), we were given an estimate within hours and an appointment to repair a bleach spot on our leather sofa. Joseph did a phenomenal job, you can't tell where the bleach spot was. It looks as good as new. He was very respectful of the furnishings around sofa and protected our hardwoods and surrounding area. He was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
Great customer service
Fibrenew/Columbia repaired a small hole in the drivers side leather seat of my 2012 Lexus. They matched the color and texture perfectly. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of time and care he took and especially compared to the dealer's quote. Mobile unit came to my location too. Now the hole will not expand more and the car's resale value will be maintained. Franchise owner very nice and a polite gentleman. Highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Fibrenew and Joseph through my car protection package. I was pleased that he is. Mobile cleaner, but was amazed at the complete removal of all the stains! The two biggest worries were the pineapple juice stain as that even affected how the fabric felt and a dirty, grimey hand print on the back of the driver's seat. Joseph got all the stains out beautifully! He is service oriented, stating he wasn't done until I said he was done. He asked me to inspect each area closely and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Fibrenew to anyone looking to have their upholstery cleaned.

I was referred to Joseph at Fibrenew by my car proection company. Joseph was a pleasure to work with. He called to let me know he was on his way, followed up with a phone call when he arrived. He arrived, took care of business, than called me when he was finished. Upon inspection of the now cleaned surface, he did a thorough job and he even had me double check it behind him. I noticed a few little spots and Joe had no problem cleaning them for me because Joe said he wants me to be satisfied. I was 100% satisfied with Joe and his thoroughness. Joseph did a really good job on my ACURA. I had tears on the door & in the seat that were quite noticeable. I’m glad I didn’t opt for seat covers. My seat & door look so much better. I would recommend.
Joseph Justin is the nicest professional person that I have met recently. Not only did he repair an expensive leather sofa that had burn holes in it, but he had to come back and do it again because it was so deep and didn't cure well. The second time around he was there before I could say "how fast can you come back". The customer service is amazing and his work is something that he is very proud of and does not want to produce anything but as close to perfection as possible. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is excellent. Thank you Joseph I will call you if I ever need anything repaired again.

Joseph Justin restored a leather chair and ottoman to like-new condition in just a few hours. Regrettably, I do not have "before" photos to demonstrate the vast improvement. Believe me, deep scratches and discoloration have disappeared. I easily saved $1500 now that I do not have to replace these pieces. Joseph was professional, responsive, and friendly. Joseph Joseph did an amazing job restoring my car seats, glove box and a leather chair and ottoman! He was professional, timely and saved us over $3000 if we had to replace the leather he re-dyed. He also saved my glove box from being replaced - the dealership wanted almost $1,100 to replace it. He is a skilled craftsman and really takes his time to get the job done right. He cares about the job he does! I highly recommend him! He is the very best at what he does! Plus, he is a super nice gentleman.
