Not only did he repair an expensive leather sofa that had burn holes in it, but he had to come back and do it again because it was so deep and didn't cure well. The second time around he was there before I could say "how fast can you come back". The customer service is amazing and his work is something that he is very proud of and does not want to produce anything but as close to perfection as possible.
