Excellent customer service, Brian responded in a very timely manner to my request for an estimate. I felt the estimate was reasonable and I requested his services. He scheduled the job right away. Brian showed up at the time we agreed on. He was very professional and knowledgeable and as he worked he paid close attention to detail. The project was completed in a timely manner and the results were fantastic. I definitely recommend him and his company. It was a pleasurable experience and I'm so thankful to finally find an above average company. I actually look forward to using his services for my next project. Nice job Brian and Fibrenew!!

This is for work done in February, as I wanted to give it some time to wear a bit and see the results.
Brian came directly to my home for the consultation after I reached out to the company, and was prompt in scheduling an appointment for the work to be done. The steering wheel was torn and had some wear throughout, and the vinyl center console had torn completely where my elbow sat—both were fixed and the center console covering replaced with black leather that has worn well since.
Person to person, he was very cordial and professional, even willing to come back out when I was having phone issues and he couldn't get a hold of me for our appointment. Would certainly recommend their work and him personally.
Brian is an asset to the company. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and did a fantastic job. Spots are gone on the sofa and gave information on how to keep it clean.

Brian is the best!! He repaired a 50 year-old chair for me and made it look as though it had not suffered a ghastly wound from the housekeepers. In fact, if you didn't know that the corner of that chair was repaired, you would never ever suspect.. Aside from his expertise, he's a very pleasant man who showed up on time with the tools that were necessary to do the job. He also took a look at a chaise lounge that I have in the backyard that needed recovering and discovered that it could be take it off to have it cleaned. I highly recommend him and will definitely get him again should the need arise. Thanks Brian

Amazing job! FibreNew has awesome leather repair service! I had a ripped my leather interior of my car and they helped me right away. Brian was very helpful and did an excellent job. Everything was blended! Would definitely recommend to others.
Brian and his team are everything I could have asked for and more! Not only was he incredibly quick in responding to my inquiry, he came out to see me the following day. He could have easily tried to convince me that my Pilates reformer needed to be reupholstered, but instead he suggested the cheaper option of repairing the tears. He was super friendly, communicative, and honest. I really appreciate his attention to detail and work ethic. I overwhelmingly recommend Brian and Fibrenew Chula Vista and will definitely be coming to him again in the future!

I had a small tear in my leather couch. They came out and patched it up quickly and at a great price. We should have called and gotten the tear repaired a long time ago, But we thought it would break the bank to get it fixed. We are so glad that we were wrong and gave them a call.
