Brian came directly to my home for the consultation after I reached out to the company, and was prompt in scheduling an appointment for the work to be done. The steering wheel was torn and had some wear throughout, and the vinyl center console had torn completely where my elbow sat—both were fixed and the center console covering replaced with black leather that has worn well since.
Person to person, he was very cordial and professional, even willing to come back out when I was having phone issues and he couldn't get a hold of me for our appointment. Would certainly recommend their work and him personally.”
