“We had Scott Donovan from Fibrenew come to our office to clean/repair some leather office chairs that had scuffs from hitting the bottom of the conference room table, blue pen stains and big dark marks where dye from people's clothes had transferred onto the pale beige leather.
It took Scott most of the day to clean/repair the 9 chairs, but we are thrilled with the results. The chairs look almost as good as new. I'm happy, my boss is happy, and we'll be calling Scott the next time we have chairs that need attention.
In addition, Scott was nice and easy to work with. He had everything he needed and was ready to get started right away.
One note - the machinery he uses to fix the chairs is a little noisy so I would recommend doing this on a day when you don't have a lot of people in the office, or in a conference room or something.
