I have a brand new Ford, and was very upset when a dog seat cover that I bought online transferred black dye onto my new caramel-colored leather rear bench seats. The dealer tried to get the dye out and said that it was permanent. Scott re-dyed the leather and it looks brand new! He came to my office in Oakland, which was super convenient for me.
