“Our company often has very discerning clients who take delivery in Arizona. Mike and Jean are the ones we will go to anytime we can. With one particular client, they we had been working on correcting some issues with their brand new recliner for several months when we were given the name of Fibrenew AR (Mike and Jean). Understandably, our client was frustrated and we are far away and unable to handle it in person. I wish that I would have called them sooner.
They prepped ahead of time, gave me the necessary paperwork I needed and asked for all the directions and info they needed. Several steps were needed to rectify things with this client and Mike sailed through them with prowess and professionalism. I honestly cannot imagine any better technical repair support.
This was a complicated repair both technically and relationally and Mike knew how to handle every step and our client could not be more pleased.
