Eric did an excellent job repairing my new sofa that was damaged when it was delivered. He repaired it at my home which was extremely convenient.
We had our 3 bar stools recovered with Fibrenew Foothills. Eric was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the different styles, textures and colors I was looking for. He came to my house with his products and took his time helping me pick out what would work best with my bar stool.
He disassembled the chairs and with care he placed them in his truck. He had them for just a little over a week to recover them. The quality of his work was amazing and the customer service too. I am very please with the work he did as well as his fast response back to you with text. I would HIGHLY recommend him for services. I am so happy I am considering him to recover my dining table chairs. If I could put before and after pictures I would.

During our local move, our leather reclining couch was damaged. Eric was contacted and we scheduled a visit for the repair. Eric needed to spend several hours on the repair, and he did a fantastic job. As we were talking, I asked Eric about motorcycle seat repair. as I have a seat that has a tear near the seam. Eric stated that he has done many repairs and could easily repair the tear for me. This is on a 45 year old motorcycle with limited parts availability. Eric did a fantastic job on the seat as well, showing his versatility. . I feel very comfortable recommending Eric for any of your needs.

Highly recommend Mr Moss for any boat vinyl repairs that you may need. I unfortunately had birds decide to peck and tear the vinyl on a new Tri-toon I had just purchased. I sent pictures and an estimate quote to Mr. Moss and within two days he came to repair the damage. His expertise and professionalism are second to none. The repaired areas of the vinyl look like nothing happened!!! Since I could not be there when the repairs were done, and were completed inside a storage unit, a few places were missed… understandably. Mr. Moss returned a couple days later and fixed those areas too…. No questions. It is very rare to find such a professional and courteous businessman such as Mr. Moss. Couldn’t be happier!!!!

Eric came out and beautifully repaired the torn vinyl booths in our restaurant. He was able to come out within a week of us first contacting him. He did an amazing job. You can't even tell where the small tears and nicks were. He matched our custom blue color perfectly. And the price was a fraction of reupholstering the booths.

Eric did a wonderful job of repairing a cut on the passenger seat of our Audi. He prevented any further damage from occurring and if you didn’t know it was there, you wouldn’t notice a thing. He does excellent work!
We had 2 matching leather recliners in excellent condition except one had damage on the cushion piping and footrest. Not only has the price gone up exponentially, but we couldn’t replace just one. Eric was able to re dye and resurface the damage. They both now look new for a fraction of the expense!

We are very pleased with end result of our leather couch repair. We had several areas where the color had been bleached out from flea/tick medicine on our dogs back. Mr. Moss was able to restore the couch to its original color, texture and sheen. It looks just like the day it was delivered to our house originally.

I called Eric on Thursday, August 6, 2021 to discuss repairs needed to a new sofa purchased from Houzz. It was sent from California and unfortunately suffered minor damage during shipping. Eric arrived this morning on time and with a smile on his face. He examined the sofa and saw the two areas in which the staples had pulled out. The staples in the sofa were black however, Eric shared he only had silver. One area was 12 inches long the other was 7 inches long he provided an estimate in which my husband and I agreed upon. He went to the vehicle to retrieve his tools, he had a compressor, hose and staple gun,
I was impressed how clean and neat they were and most importantly how gently he laid every thing on our Brook Meadow Oak floors. The best part of the visit he made the repairs as we chatted. Last week my husband came up with the idea the sofa would look good if we added decor nails around the rear to match our dining chairs. So I asked Eric if it was possible and he agreed it could be done. We also agreed it would be pleasing to the eye while adding extra support to the area. I can't wait for Eric to return and make this sofa truly our own creation. I will always call on Eric for repairs and I highly recommend to all future customers you will be pleased.

We were referred to Fibrenew by Lakeside RV here in Anderson SC. Upon referral Lakeside RV told us that Eric Moss was basically the best and that was based on their own experience. They were absolutely correct. We have a 2017 Cedar Creek 5th wheel we purchased in 2019 and were just absolutely heart broken when we noticed a rip in the fabric of one of our recliners evidently from our dog Dudley nails. Eric did a fantastic job in restoring the color on the arm of our leather couch where the color and clear coat was removed from improper cleaning. The color match was perfect and it looks like new. Eric was courteous and responded promptly to our request for an estimate and appointment.

The auto upholstery shop said the driver's seat leather on my 2008 Ford F-150 would have to be replaced as well as the passenger seat so they would match. Needless to say that wasn't in the budget. Eric repaired the driver's seat and made it look brand new!!!! It also matched the remainder of the interior!!!! Very professional, arrived exactly on time and did an exceptional job. I am absolutely thrilled with the repair work Eric with Fibrenew did on our leather chair and couch! Our cat used our practically brand new chair and couch for a scratching post. I was sick! Eric came out and fixed it, and it looks spectacular! There were several places where the leather/vinyl was picked/scratched, and a big, ugly scratch on the leather seat cushion. He was able to repair it all, and you would never know it had ever been damaged! I would not hesitate to call him again for a leather repair, but hopefully that won't be necessary! The one word I can describe my experience with Eric and Fibrenew Foothills is “EXCEEDED!” I say that because it exceeded all expectations i had of a company that was contracted by a warranty firm.
I had a warranty for my daughter’s car that included a protective coating for the seats that was backed by a guarantee if stains couldn’t be removed that they would have them cleaned. Well, I contacted the warranty company and spoke to a gentleman that asked me to provide documentation of the stained seats and other specifics about the mileage, etc. After I submitted the appropriate information I was quickly contacted by Eric at Fibrenew Foothills to set up a time for him to come out and clean the seats. Ok, this was my first “EXCEED“ moment. Not only did I quickly get follow up from a warranty claim but I had the actual vendor contact me direct and ask me to provide a convenient time for him to come to my house.
Ok, now I was starting to feel a little like, ‘maybe this is for real??’ Eric set the time with me and also confirmed that morning via text that we were still on. There were storms in the area that morning and Eric contacted me an hour before the scheduled time and asked if it would be ok if we bumped the time back a little so he could dodge the storms. We don’t have a garage so he would have to clean the seats in the rain otherwise. I will say that he even told me that if the time change didn’t work he would gladly work off the original time scheduled.
Eric arrived exactly on time and called me from his van to make sure he was in the right place. I went outside to meet him and immediately I was greeted with a kind word of thanks and a quick overview of what needed to be done. Eric was very obliged to talk with me as I bombarded him with questions about his business and also how impressed I was that the process had worked the way it had thus far. Eric was very gracious and also said that he would not accept any final thanks until the finished product had been approved.
After completion Eric showed me everything that he had done to remove the stains in the seats. The seats looked brand new and he was able to show me before be after pictures of what he had done. I was so thankful and appreciative of what I had experienced with this entire process.
I realize that is a lot to say about what some folks might see as “just doing his job,” but I have been in the service industry for nearly 20 years and have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to provide superior service and product delivery. Not only did Eric and Fibrenew provide this, but I wasn’t even the party paying for the job!!! Eric treated me as if I was his number one customer and would be writing him a check personally after the work was complete. This type of approach that Eric brings is not typical and it is also something that is genuine!! I highly recommend Eric and Fibrenew Foothills to anyone who wants to experience quality work and service the way that I did.
