“The one word I can describe my experience with Eric and Fibrenew Foothills is “EXCEEDED!” I say that because it exceeded all expectations i had of a company that was contracted by a warranty firm. I had a warranty for my daughter’s car that included a protective coating for the seats that was backed by a guarantee if stains couldn’t be removed that they would have them cleaned. Well, I contacted the warranty company and spoke to a gentleman that asked me to provide documentation of the stained seats and other specifics about the mileage, etc. After I submitted the appropriate information I was quickly contacted by Eric at Fibrenew Foothills to set up a time for him to come out and clean the seats. Ok, this was my first “EXCEED“ moment. Not only did I quickly get follow up from a warranty claim but I had the actual vendor contact me direct and ask me to provide a convenient time for him to come to my house. Ok, now I was starting to feel a little like, ‘maybe this is for real??’ Eric set the time with me and also confirmed that morning via text that we were still on. There were storms in the area that morning and Eric contacted me an hour before the scheduled time and asked if it would be ok if we bumped the time back a little so he could dodge the storms. We don’t have a garage so he would have to clean the seats in the rain otherwise. I will say that he even told me that if the time change didn’t work he would gladly work off the original time scheduled. Eric arrived exactly on time and called me from his van to make sure he was in the right place. I went outside to meet him and immediately I was greeted with a kind word of thanks and a quick overview of what needed to be done. Eric was very obliged to talk with me as I bombarded him with questions about his business and also how impressed I was that the process had worked the way it had thus far. Eric was very gracious and also said that he would not accept any final thanks until the finished product had been approved. After completion Eric showed me everything that he had done to remove the stains in the seats. The seats looked brand new and he was able to show me before be after pictures of what he had done. I was so thankful and appreciative of what I had experienced with this entire process. I realize that is a lot to say about what some folks might see as “just doing his job,” but I have been in the service industry for nearly 20 years and have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to provide superior service and product delivery. Not only did Eric and Fibrenew provide this, but I wasn’t even the party paying for the job!!! Eric treated me as if I was his number one customer and would be writing him a check personally after the work was complete. This type of approach that Eric brings is not typical and it is also something that is genuine!! I highly recommend Eric and Fibrenew Foothills to anyone who wants to experience quality work and service the way that I did.”
