Fibrenew Alameda County Customer Reviews

“We were pleased with our new SUV's leather upholstery. Then six months later, blue ink was scribbled a few inches onto the back seat leather. I tried to rid mark, using among other methods - an ink eraser, a sponge with cleansers Ajax, Clorox, and Shout. The later made the upholstery worse, taking out the dye.
I was advised to use a company called FIBRENEW, specialists in leather and vinyl repair. I called their number and contacted Harry George, who asked "How deep are the markings and the dimensions? " He said he could repair, but needed an electrical outlet, daylight, and no rain. Job would be done on driveway.
Harry was able to remove the ink, then fill and apply matching new dye on the leather.
We are happy with the work results, which was done in January 2012. On occasion, we have the interior cleaned and detailed, but even then we cannot find the previous blemish. The repair and re-dye has withstood the test of time, thanks to Harry and his skill set.”
