“I have 4 expensive leather recliners (2) and incliners (2). My primary theater seat's headrest became discolored because of oil from hair. Harry came over within a few days of my service request and refinished the headrest. After 10 days the oil resurfaced and he instructed me how to extract the oil. Once the oil was extracted he came back and refinished again at no charge.
