“We had a small split in the arm off a leather love seat repaired. Jason did an estimate yesterday and Chris did the repair today, both arrived exactly when they said they would. The repair looks great, you would never be able to tell it was there. Jason and Chris were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at what they did. Time will tell if the repair will stand up. Jason had warned us that due to the location of the split their repair might not last, and he suggested other options that we could choose to do. This indicated to me that the business holds high ethical standards for the treatment of their customers.”
