I’m fussy about colors, and I know different people can see colors differently, but the restored chair is gorgeous and the exact color I wanted. In this smaller city it can be hard to find service people who do an excellent job, but I would recommend Ryan to anyone. Honest, prompt, listens carefully, totally professional. Not cheap but well worth it for the quality. I’ve had this special chair for 25 years and now I look forward to another 25.
Ryan refinished and refreshed two Thomasville pieces, one a couch and the other a chair and they look fricking awesome.

Ryan did an incredible job on our Thomasville living room chair. 20+ years and the leather was faded, cracked, scratched up etc. from life, kids, and pets. It looks nearly brand new after he worked his magic. We will be sending him our couch next and can't wait! He follows up on every call and explains things in detail and delivers on his commitment.
Highly recommend for any of your upholstery repair needs! Something was spilled on drivers seat of our car causing it to be discolored. After his handy work its back to like it never happened.

Ryan did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing various pieces of leather furniture in my home. He is reliable, fair, hard working and trust worthy. I can say with confidence that he gives leather just the TLC it needs to look as good as new.

Ryan was amazing!! Skis had ripped the leather in my car door and had left scratches on both the leather and the plastic and he fixed them all! He even met me at my house. If I never need any other repairs, he will be the only one I call.

I had a very stubborn multi colored stain on my red orange leather seats in my BMW. I have tried every thing possible and gone to multiple vendors to see if they could fix the problem. No one even had a clue what to do, and everything they tried did not work.
I was about to give up , until I found Ryan Swaim from your Western Slope location.
He meticulously worked on the stain until it was gone and looked perfect.
I was so pleasantly surprised when he showed me the finished product. I am over the moon happy with his work and the results !! I give a big 5 Stars to him and Fibrenew.

I had two tears in the driver's seat of my Subaru, Ryan with Fibrenew came out to my house and fixed them up perfectly! The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations, I can hardly see that there was ever any damage in the first place. Ryan did a great job repairing both a vintage motorcycle seat and some seats in my 2009 Acura. The service was very professional, and as a bonus they came to my location for the repairs.
Fibrew did an awesome job fixing a tear in my motorcycle seat after being told by several motorcycle shops it couldn't be done. After that I decided to have them repair a couple of seats on my SUV and I was really happy with the service and the quality. Ryan sent me a before/after photo of that job which I will post below.
I must admit that I had concerns about the cost of restoring my 20 year old leather furniture and what if the end result wasn't what I had hoped for. I wondered if it might be better to buy a cheaper sofa and chair. I can't rave enough about the results. I was almost speechless with the results-they look better than when they were brand new. Thank you Ryan and believe me I have already recommended you to several others.

We had a high quality leather recliner damaged by a cat. There were deep scratches and punctures. It looked like we'd have to discard it. Ryan did a fabulous job! The scratches now are tremendously improved, and the punctures are not visible. His price was very fair, and he was a pleasure to deal with.
We bought a new (to us) used car a month ago and there was super glue all over the passenger seat in the front seat. We then tried to remove it ourselves and made it worse.
