Kirk Small went above and beyond to repair my damaged steering wheel and center counsel. I was extremely happy with the customer service and the finished product. The pricing was great! I highly recommend Kirk Small if you need repairs to your damaged vinyl, leather etc.
I reached out to Kirk Small about a chair that we inherited and have treated pretty badly. I had considered attempting to condition the chair as a DIY project, but thought I would give Fibrenew a try. Kirk responded quickly to our inquiry and helped us determine the best service level for our type of leather.
When he came for the appointment, he followed PPE protocol perfectly. The professional grade products he used brought out the natural beauty of our aniline leather chair. His buffing wheel and time working the leather caused the blemishes on the chair to fade away so that they are not noticeable anymore. He has packed the hyde with moisture again.
We will continue to have Fibrenew return to condition our chair on a periodic basis. We had a great experience with this master of leather restoration! Kirk communicated often and shared a breadth of information with us regarding our piece. He offered great advice on the leather chair we were ready to abandon, and taught us the value of what we have. I am proud to have this piece back in our home and will be for a long time to come thanks to Fibrenew!
I saw a "nextdoor" ad for Kirk Small's and "fibrenew's" services and engaged him to clean a microfiber sofa and loveseat set. Although I had tried many times myself to remove wear and tear due to body oils on the sofa, I was never able to accomplish the task very well. Kirk worked very hard for a few hours and the units look great! He gave me a next-day appointment and the cost was quite reasonable. Kirk can over to assess my problem with my car. He said that it is a repair an to expect that. When he finished my repair, I could not tell where the repair was... it was like new. If I am shown where I can post a photo I will. I forgot to mention that Kirk came to my home in Grosse Pointe Farms, all he needed was an outdoor electrical plug. The price was priced right for the job and drive. Kirk took his time and took pride in completing the job in a manner that pleased me, the customer. He is very knowledgeable about how the job must be completed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The materials and workmanship is superior. We had an antique chair and old padded arm rest rail on an old antique bar reupholstered and it came out better than the original! And the turnaround time was much quicker than we had anticipated.

Kirk did a great job repairing the rip in the leather on the driver's seat of our 2015 Subaru. You can barely tell there was anything done! Hopefully it lasts for years but it's in a spot that gets lots of wear and tear while getting in/out of the vehicle. He also cleaned the seat and it looks so much better overall. Thanks for taking care of it for us.

Kirk repaired a cut/tear in an imitation leather couch cushion so well we have to really search to find the repair; also dyed the top of a badly worn 20+ year old ottoman making it appear new. I had broken my ankle and recovery was at my daughter's house in her leather recliner. I noticed that the recliner had cat scratch marks into the leather on both arms of the chair. In appreciation for my daughter's help, I contracted Fibre new West Dayton to do the repair. It turned out fabulous. No sign of cat scratches.
