“We had an 8 year old Natuzzi reclining sofa that was showing creasing in the seat and lumbar areas. This was due to the leather stretching over time. We were directed to Fibrenew by Natuzzi in Montreal. Andrey and his partner showed up to our home on time and assessed the problem quickly. In the same visit, they gave us a very fair quote, we accepted , and they immediately and expertly, took the sofa apart. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
4 days later they showed up with the cushions looking like they just came out of the Natuzzi factory! They were perfectly re-stuffed and after re-assembling our sofa we felt like we had just purchased a brand new sofa! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them . 5 STARS!!
