“It is such a pleasure (and shock) when you end up with a great contractor in FL, because it doesn't happen very often. Sam was very responsive right from my first phone call. I hired Sam to restore my son and DIL's 2 leather sofas, which we gave them about 5 years earlier. Hiring Sam was a gift from me, as their twin boys are due in 10 days! Their cat had caused damage and there were many random scratches and scuffs. The sofas are 17 years old, but in good shape. They were expensive and high quality leather and construction. When Sam arrived he ended up staying almost 3 hours, as I had requested additional repairs beyond what we had agreed to on the phone. He literally removed all the many cat scratches and all damage. He matched the sofa color perfectly. It was shocking how great the furniture looked. No trace of all the damage. Sam was on time, neat and tidy, was obviously an expert in his craft, fair pricing, and interesting to talk to. We were thrilled with the finished product!!
