Derek was quick to respond to my message on behalf of my inlaws. They had water spots discolour their leather sofa.

I had Fibrenew repair my leather couch a few months ago due to my dog chewing on the cushion, darn dog. They were prompt at responding to my email and quick to send me a quote once I sent them pictures. Once I agreed to have the work done it was a short wait and they were at my house to do the repairs. After over three hours of work the job was complete. To be honest I wasn't overly satisfied at first with the work done. I was contacted by them afterwards as a courtesy and I informed them that I was satisfied but had hoped for better. They were immidiately ready to send someone back out to check on the job but I figured I would give it time to let it cure. I placed my blanket back over the couch cushons and honeslty over time kinda forgot about it. Well let me tell you it now looks GREAT. I am more than happy with the final results. They were friendly and courtious in all aspects of the job and very prompt. I would definitely call them again for my leather repairs ( proboably will with my dog). I highly highly recommend them not only for their craftsmanship but their overall customer service. Great job Fibrenew you got a customer for life. I should never had been skeptical. Thanks again.
Derek was at our house today to fix a burn hole in our car seat. Yes, I (Yvonne) was nosey and watched Derek do this repair. Very pleasant fellow and talked through the whole process showing/telling me what he was doing. It only took him about a half hour to do. He did an awesome job repairing the hole and, well anybody looking at it won't see where it was done. WELL DONE DEREK!!!! I will pass information onto anyone that needs a repair. Thanks again Derek.

We have a 30 year old La-z-boy leather couch that has seen better days. Fibrenew was recommended to us by two furniture stores so we thought we would give it a try. We sent pictures and received an estimate, which was reasonable.
Derek was able to fit us in quickly. We found him to be friendly, polite, and hard working. He explained clearly what he was going to do and got to work. Just the cleaning process alone improved the look of our old couch. The finished results were, frankly, well beyond our expectations. While he did tell us that the couch would look new, we were totally blown away by how good the couch looked. We now have a couch that looks brand new and the colour match was exceptional. Susan Lisa and Derek did a wonderful job on our sofa. It is back to new again. Loved the professional way this team operated. Derick came and checked out what had to be done . Took his time and explained everything. They came and picked it up to take to their shop. They brought it back sooner than we expected and as an added feature they put it back together in our home. Susan ,Lisa and Derek worked together in a short , time had the sofa altogether . We would highly recommend this company to repair any leather item you need fixed.A job well done!!
On Feb 22,2023 We had Greg from fibrenew come in and have our two couches cleaned due to cat urine 🙁 They called 1 hr before arriving and that gave me time to get home from work so I didn’t miss my whole day of work !! He came and cleaned both couches and did a very outstanding job ! There is no smell which we all know how hard it is to get that stuff out ! If anyone needs a good cleaning FIBRENEW is the way to go !! Thank you for your great service !
I was so impressed with Derek’s meticulous approach to the repairs our leather couch required. I was really skeptical that the burn mark could be fixed but if you didn’t know where it was, you’d be hard pressed to find it! I am very happy with the whole process. I had Derek and his crew come to my house to take a look at my fairly new raw leather furniture that my cat had bled on! Eeek! He came for the initial consultation, explained the process in detail and tested one of the stains AND got it out! I had him do all of the leather couch, chair, and ottoman and they look brand new!! My husband and and I were really impressed with the great job Derek did with our 10 year old lazy boy recliner which had seen better days. We thought we would have to replace the leather and so were quite delighted that Febrenew was able to restore it. Beautiful job!
Derek repaired some scratches and dents on our leather sectional. He did a fantastic job! He also repaired some cat scratch holes on our fabric sofa; unless you already knew where the holes had been, you wouldn't notice the areas that were repaired. Bought a used Hyundai. My father noticed a tear on the side of the passenger seat when I was taking him for a drive in it which I did not notice when I bought it. Had Fibrenew fix it and after it cured properly my father could not tell me where the tear was on the seat I had to point it out to him and I'm not sure if I even know the exact spot where it was. I had an ottoman that was damaged from our pets. I contacted Fibrenew to see if could be repaired and not only did they repair it but changed the color to match my other furniture. I feel like I have a new ottoman. Just think, I was going to get rid of it! I love it again.
