Amazing service. Rep came by to do my work, he was here for more than an hour. He then came to the door to tell me he couldn't repair my seat. I asked for his bill, he said because he couldn't fix my seat, there would be no bill. Looks like I'm buying seat covers. I was impressed by his honesty. Would have no concern about trusting their service.
We had fibrenew fix 2 sofas for us. They did a great job and we didnt have to wait long. The sofas feel new again.... very happy with the result.

Just had these folks do a repair on our boat cushion. They were prompt in responding, provided a quote, showed up on time when agreed, and did an excellent job of repair. Couldn't be happier.
I have a three seater celery green leather couch. It had a three inch long gash in the middle cushion. I decided to see if I could
get it repaired but I wasn't too hopeful because of the size of the tear right in the middle of the cushion and most of all the unusual celery green colored leather. I searched online and my good fortune found me a company named Fibrenew in my area.
Without much hope that they could fix it, I sent them pictures anyway and to my happy surprise they sent me an estimate and Doug came out and picked it up. Two weeks later he brought back my brand new couch. Today as I sit here looking at it I still can't believe how perfect it is. You would never know it had ever been damaged, especially in such a conspicuous place, smack dab in the very centre of the couch! I am still amazed that he was able to match the unusual color!

We have a cream color leather couch! A few months ago we had a guest over who had sprayed their hair with colour.. end result left a stain on our sofa that we could not remove! I found Fibrenew online & gave them a chance! Doug came in & attempted to remove the stain & was going to dye! Damage done he was not certain the dye would take…he told us he could replace the leather. We decided to go with his suggestion & today we received our piece back & so very very happy with the result!!! The match is perfect!! Doug was awesome & his wife who had to deal with me on the phone went over & above!! Will recommend Fibrenew & definitely will use them again if needed! 5 star rating from us!!! Thanks

I recently had some repair on my leather car seats. They were a challenge because of the perforated leather inserts which had some tears. Doug was very honest going in, saying because of the perforations and level of tearing, he couldn't guarantee a perfect repair. The final result exceeded my expectations. the color match was very good and the tears and wear are no longer visible. I was very happy with the pricing and thrilled not to have to pay thousands of dollars for new leather. I found Doug to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him.
I had David come in to fix my auto recline on my sofa. After taking off the back to my surprise there was a tear under it. Well I don't need to tell you it has also been repaired and you can't tell it was torn. Great job David, Thank You!
Amazing job! My car interior is like new again. My options were to leave it the way it was, or get the front seats re-upholstered for $1.6K to $2K. Doug, updated all my seats front and rear, plus the side door panels and armrest. Really, really great value. He showed up on time and more than exceeded my expectations. We used Fibrenew to patch some rips in some seat cushions and found Doug Bartsch easy to work with. The work he did was very professional and can hardly tell where the rips were anymore. I would recommend this company for any of your upholstery repairs
I wanted to have my two leather love-seats restored to get rid of cat scratches on the seats. These cushions were also faded but I was concerned about having them re-dyed in case they didn't match the original colour of the leather on the rest of the piece. The leather also has a subtle two-tone effect which I thought wouldn't be achievable. When Doug brought them back, I was amazed! The scratches have completely vanished and the two-tone coloration has been perfectly replicated. An amazing and beautiful job—thank you Doug!
