Hi, I’m Will Gist, Owner and Certified Technician of Fibrenew South Naples.

After spending nearly 20 years in a variety of corporate leadership, customer service, and business development roles, I decided to pursue a career that allowed me to work directly with my hands while continuing to serve people and solve problems. Fibrenew was the perfect fit.

What I enjoy most about this business is that no two projects are ever the same. Every repair presents a unique challenge, requiring creativity, technical skill, and a customized approach. That’s what keeps the work exciting and rewarding.

I often describe restoration as a balanced blend of art and science. The science comes from understanding materials, chemistry, color matching, and repair techniques. The art comes from recreating textures, blending finishes, and restoring pieces in a way that looks natural and seamless.
