Full Time/Part Time Account Manager (Contractor)

Fibrenew is a mobile service business that specializes in the repair, restoration, and renewal of leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, and upholstery. Skill Requirements

• Must Not Be Color Blind
• Must Be Able to Lift 30 lbs.
• Must Have a Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
• Must Be Agile Enough to Kneel, Stand & Sit Frequently
• Must Be Able to Work with Little Day to Day Supervision
• Must Be Able to Work in Hot & Cold Weather Conditions
• Must Be Able to Pass a Background & Driving Record Check
• Must Be Self Motivated / Honest / Loyal / Reliable & Posses Problem Solving Skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect / Locate / Notate Areas of Concern, for Repair & Improvement
• Present & Receive Approval for Repair & Improvement
• Perform Repair & Improvement to a 90 percent Industry Standard
• Maintain Customer Accounts with Superior Service / Professionalism / Integrity
• Provide Daily Standardized Reporting for Repairs & Improvements Completed

• Training Period: 4-8 weeks (Time Frame is Based on Trainers Discretion and New Hire’s success)
• Training Period Pay: $120/Day – $600/Week

• General Liability Insurance: Reimbursement of Annual Insurance Policy by Fibrenew
• Commission Structure:
• Year-1: 50 (Tech) / 50 (FibrenewNashville)
• Year-2: 60 (Tech) / 40 (FibrenewNashville)
• Year-3: 70 (Tech) / 30 (FibrenewNashville)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
