“We used Fibrenew San Fernando Valley to fix our leather recliner after our dog chewed up the arm. I expected it to look “better,†but I figured we'd always see the damage. Gary and Devon came out, looked at it, and explained how he could rebuild the missing piece and match the color.
The whole process was straightforward. They showed up when they said they would, worked right in our home, and took their time to get the color and texture right. When they finished, I was honestly shocked. You can't see any bite marks, scratches, nothing. It looks exactly like it did before the dog got to it. If I didn't know where the damage was, I wouldn't be able to find it now.
If you have leather that's damaged, I'd definitely recommend them. The work was worth it, and it saved us from having to replace the recliner. Really glad we found them.”
