For 25 years our family enjoyed our comfortable leather couch. Needless to say it showed its wear. Before bringing it out to the curb, we called Fibrenew.

I called FibreNew and left a message. Ashen called me back and assisted with the entire process of replacing the seat skin in my '16 Outback. He just needed a photo and VIN number to get the quote off. His quote was for an aftermarket skin because the factory skin was quite expensive as he explained in the quote. I went with factory and he was attentive to making sure it was a match. I placed a 50% deposit. When the skin arrived, we scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and completed the install under 2 hours at my home. He is very professional and courteous. The entire process took several weeks which is totally understandable. However, Ashen was prompt and communicative every step of the way. Highly recommended. For the quality of the work, i would say the cost was more than fair.

We had sever damage to a rear seat from spilled bleach. We didn't think it could be repaired but Ashen took a look and said it could be done. Wow! This wasn't a repair, this was art work! If we didn't know exactly where the damage was, we wouldn't be able to see the repair. Amazing work and detail! If you need car upholstery repair, Ashen and Fibrenew and the way to go.
