I was very impressed. I had considered trying to patch things up myself and I am glad I did not. Ken has all the right tools and experience to do the job right. The torn place in the side of my Toyota Sequoia driver seat totally disappeared. It looks like new. The cracks in the headrest area of my Stressless chair are gone. I can't say that looks like new, but it is pretty darn close. All communications were timely and professional. He brought in tarps and cloths to protect the flooring and area around where he was working. I know where to go when I need these services again!

So where to begin with this review………… Ken is freakin amazing! I had a small area on my relatively new leather couches where the die actually rubbed off leaving the natural leather color exposed. I was extremely frustrated and was gonna buy a new couch and call it a loss. I decided to google repair and by the powers beyond my control Ken fell from the sky. He came to my aid within a few days, and told me he could get me 90{675a19ada1ada38c0e19787134dbd9a45cad0ba4423e9f55906c4f7948ef0c62} perfection, welp let me tell you achieved 100{675a19ada1ada38c0e19787134dbd9a45cad0ba4423e9f55906c4f7948ef0c62} perfection. He color matched my couch perfectly. You would never know anything had ever happened. Took his time and was so professional and friendly. Didn’t mind my nosey dog, cat, or 2 year old. I called Ken on Friday - he answered immediately, I texted pictures of our leather chair (which I tried to dye myself - take my advice and call Ken - don't try it yourself!) Ken got back to me saying he could help, gave me a price and I said yes.

I highly recommend Ken Kamppi and Fibernew Savannah. I have a 20 year old green leather sofa, in which the stitching was stripped out of the seam in one cushion, and another cushion had a tear in the middle of the fabric. Ken repaired both, and then dyed all three cushions to match the original color of the rest of the sofa. The result is outstanding. The sofa looks almost new, and one would have to know exactly where the previous damage was to find the repairs.
I bought a used leather club chair, that is very comfortable but the finish was worn in certain places. Ken stained the leather with great skill, and now the chair looks great. Ken is very easy to do business with, and is very honest and straightforward about the limitations of repair, or restoration, but then exceeded my expectations. Ken is a craftsman, and comes to you to make the necessary repairs. He is very careful to insure that his work does not damage rugs or other items in the house. If you have leather furniture that needs repair, I highly recommend Ken Kamppi and Fibernew Savannah.
I have recently purchased a used Lexus that had a really worn driver's side seat. Especially the center section on the front that gets compressed when you are seated. Looked & felt like alligator skin. The bolster was pretty bad as well. I expected that I was going to have to resort to seat covers or an upholsterer. Then I discovered FibreNew. Ken the FibreNew tech locally has surpassed my expectations. I am very pleased with the results. The section in the center that previously felt & looked like alligator skin now looks & feels smooth. The bolster on the driver's side is remarkably improved. The passenger side didn't need much work nor did the center console lid but, both are much improved after FibreNew worked on them. Called Ken w/ Fibrenew to fix a tear in a 31yr old Bmw drivers seat and not only did he show up on time, called ahead of time and did the repair beyond my expectations.. He matched the 31yr old color exact and I could not even find the repair when he finished. GREAT JOB and will def recommend his work.

Our 10 month old Lab had a hay day on our brand new loveseat and completely destroyed the center console!! I called Ken in a total panic about it, he came out the next day and had it fixed as if nothing had ever happened.
