“I called Leon's on Nov 5th because the new couch I received on Nov 3rd had an issue. The right hand side of the couch wasn't reclining smoothly.
Leon's advised I would receive a call in 3-5 days and someone would come out and take a look.
I received a call to my surprise the next day (Nov 6) from Karm Herr from Fibrenew. He advised he would come out Nov 7 between 5:30-6:30pm. There could be a possibility they would be earlier and he would call me prior to coming out. My first impression I was pleased with Karm on the phone. He was pleasant, well mannered and thorough with his details to me about what his service was.
Karm called just as he said he would. He arrived at my home at 4:00pm.
Karm and Chris removed their shoes prior to coming into my home. I liked that. They were able to find the solution to fixing the mechanism. I am one thrilled customer.
