“We recently bought a large sectional couch at Crate and Barrel. It was a big investment but we have always wanted to get a piece of furniture that was well made and would last. It arrived from the factory in the US and the team set it up in our house. Along the way he took time to explain the issue…so that we understood what to look for and what factors may be contributing to the issue.
