“I had contemplated repairing this significant tear, just alongside the seam at the top front edge of the seat cushion of my sofa, myself, then, after watching several videos, decided it was all too fiddly. Besides, I love my leather furniture and have no intention of getting anything new any time soon, so instead of taking a chance, possibly making it worse, I decided to go with a professional. Karm was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and even giving me encouragement and advice when I was still thinking about taking a crack at it. He was able to make it to my home within a couple of days, upon my decision, allowing me to entertain at Christmas time without having to break out the “crime scene†tape to block access to that particular seat. He did a great job! He explained the process and the prognosis very clearly and within a couple of hours the challenging repair was completed.
