“Kudos to Marc! We had an issue with our new couch that we purchased last summer. Within a few months one of the sections became inoperable (electric switch) and needed repair. From the beginning, Marc has gone out of his way to deliver top notch customer service. He was in contact with us shortly after the manufacturer notified him.
