We had many damages from our recent move from New England..2 of which were my favorite leather office chair & our leather family room recliner. There were many deep creases in both pieces & he did such a great job , not only repairing the damages but cleaning them as well ..& actually making them better than before. He goes above & beyond. And I must say I was concerned about the office chair because it's white, a very soft leather & it had tears in the leather along with the deep creases.
