Working with Ken was very easy. He was very professional in visiting our home and reviewing the tear in our couch to discuss how he could fix it. He then took the product with him and brought it back out. That was very helpful to me since I have little time so the couch hadn't been fixed for years. If he had not done this - it would probably still not be done.
