“All I can say is WOW!
We had two “tired†looking leather club chairs that we wanted restored. We contacted Fibrenew to ask for their advice and see if they were worth repairing. Pat responded almost immediately and addressed all our questions. We decided to take a chance and all I can say is we have absolutely no regrets! The chairs were restored to almost better than new condition! Foam was replaced, straps tightened and minor scratches and abrasions removed.
Pat provided outstanding service, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and did all this on-site, which meant that we were able to enjoy sitting on our “new†chairs the very next day.
