“I am ashamed it has taken me a while to report back about the fantastic service we had from Patrick. He is the best ambassador a business could ever ask for and it needs to brought to the attention of people who can pass it along to the right person so he can be recognized. From the moment the door opened until he left,he had perfect manners and a great attitude.
I was so grateful that he explained every step he was taking while making the repair and gave a few hints for care. Not everyone should be working with the public but this gentleman is doing an amazing job representing your company and it is only fair I drop a line to say that he is a superb employee in the eyes of this customer.
