If I could give 1000 Stars, I would ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ I had a burn on the fabric seat of my car from someone's cigarette when they ashed out the window and the pit flew back In. I was recommended to FibreNew from a family member who had swore by Daniel and his quality of work! She said that she refers everyone she knows to him; therefore I didn't hesitate to book an appointment. From start to finish, the quality of customer service was impeccable, not only were the responses timely… I was able to get an appointment to fix the seat of my car within a few days. Daniel arrived on time, his energy was warm, welcoming, and kind. He was also very enthusiastic about repairing my seat, the service was done super quick. (Less than an hour) When I came back, I couldn't even tell where the burn was originally on the seat! That's how phenomenal this man is at his job. I was thoroughly impressed!
