Can't say enough good things about Phil at Fibrenew. We needed some advice on a leather sample for a sofa we bought from a local resale/upholstery shop. Really good quality work - I had an ophthalmic exam chair that had seen better days, and needed a new seat cushion and arm rest. After the initial assessment, Greg was able to work around my patient schedule to remove the cushion & arm rest, reupholster them with a durable material, and reinstall the pieces without me having to move the actual chair. For any health care providers out there, you know how heavy medical chairs are. They made the whole process very straight forward; I highly recommend Fibrenew to any office looking to update their medical chairs.

I had some dining room chairs that were in dire need of repadding and recovering. I bought sticker padding then what was originally on the chairs and didn't know what to expect but Gregory is an awesome Craftsman. I will go to no one else to have further work done.

Greg came to my home and worked on my leather seats, longer than we anticipated. He did not complain and was happy to stay longer and do a couple additional spots at my request. The repairs look almost identical to existing leather (please keep in mind it's almost impossible to get exact...if you want that, get a new leather cover and pay substantially more) in color and texture! I can't be happier that I kept the original covers but they now look and feel brand new. I look forward to babying these for years to come!
Had a stain on my new leather couch from a leather belt that had gotten wet. Thought it was ruined. Gregory carefully removed the stain, matched the original color, and beautifully re-dyed the color of the sofa seat to its original color. I was so relieved and thankful! Very impressed by Fibrenew NE Columbus and am a huge fan!
Wow! We honestly cannot believe the difference! We bought a used RV that was pretty "rough" especially the seats and sofa. They were worse than grungy... now, they look amazing. Seriously, we could not believe the difference. We could not be more pleased with the transformation.
We had some small paint stains along with a larger, very visible, paint drip that resulted in scaling on a leather chair due to us trying to remove the paint stains. NE Fibernew arrived on time and repaired/restored all the damaging stains and scaling to the chair. You can't tell that there had been any previous damage. Excellent, professional work! I highly recommend this company and will refer them. We plan to use them for our auto and household leather items in the future.
I am amazed that our love seat was able to be saved. It was very sun faded and our 100 lb Lab scratched it as well. Greg did an awesome job of making it look new again. It is a butterscotch color so hard to match but he did an awesome job. Don't throw out your old leather furniture!!! We almost did and so glad that we called Greg first.

Excellent job! We have a 20 year old sofa and club chairs set that is still in great shape but needed some touch ups. They needed cleaning, color touched up, and hairline cracks fixed on the arms. You can't even tell where the problems were! He even did a beautiful sewing detail job on a very narrow seam! We will call him for all of our furniture needs and leather car repair. My dog chewed the heck out the arm of my (expensive) leather sofa. My only criticism is that the consult was very quick but the job was done two-three weeks later. However, the end product was very high-quality. It looked as close to brand-new as possible. Five stars. Would highly recommend.

When my wife and I saw what the sun did to our leather loveseat and chair we hoping to find someone who might be able to help. Gregory from Fabrenew came to our home and gave us the news that he could get the job done. He told us he could get us about 50-70 percent back to original color. He did the work over 2 days in our home. About 4 hours each day without any smell or odors. The finished products were very impressive. The color came back very vibrant and very close to new. I just had two cars repaired with ripped vinyl seats. I take excellent care of my cars so I wanted my seats repaired to new condition. After Gregory’s work had been done they are back to new condition again. You can’t even see where he made the repairs. Great work!

I recently acquired an older car in relatively great condition minus the leather seats. They appeared to be cracking with quite a bit of wear from the previous owner so I contacted Gregory in hopes of preventing further damage. Gregory was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate mine and showed up promptly as scheduled. He took one look at the leather and began cleaning it. He explained that it was...just in need of a cleaning (for now). Gregory Bouton cleaned and repaired a hole in my couch. It is a white leather sectional and I did not realize it was so dirty. It looks brand new. You cannot see where the hole was patched. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Fibrenew North East and Gregory Bouton.

Greg came to my office over two days and brought my 4 year old leather couch and overstuffed chair back to BRAND NEW CONDITION. The leather and under foam were in great shape but the filling on top had become very flat where people sat and made them completely uncomfortable. Absolutely amazing work! Our couch was 10 years old. It is a Lane couch, the springs broke, and the arms were worn along with the cushions. Gregory Bouton picked up couch, took it away and brought it back looking brand new! The repair saved me money because I didn't have to buy a new couch. Highly recommend!
