“We had a leather couch with some deep scratch marks and discoloration from dog's claws. They were able to give us an estimate via email (using photos of the damage), which was the actual price they honored on the service. The tech took 4-5 hours working on the couch, and the end result was that the damage is almost entirely gone. It's as close to 'like new' as could possibly be expected on a 10yo couch. Very happy with the service. $400 to save a couch that cost 10x that amount seems like a very reasonable price.”
