FiberNew (Jeff and Kim) was recommended to us by Brinkley RV for a shower bench install gone wrong. Jeff did a spectacular job in repairing our fiberglass shower surround where the shower seat was incorrectly installed too high, leaving 6 holes in the back of the shower. They were very friendly, and professional and the only ones in our area who could have fixed it so well. It's been about 5 weeks since we had the work done and the fix is great - Brinkley recommended this franchise to us and we recommend FiberNew with Jeff and Kim!!

Jeff and Kim came to my house and immediately recognized the ugly tear in my drivers seat was going to be more of a challenge than they anticipated. They both got busy and did a great job! Jeff was disappointed it didn't turn out more to his satisfaction but from my perspective, it looked fantastic! Brian from Fibrenew repaired several cracks in the arm of my leather sofa. When finished it was amazing looked brand new. He also cleaned my leather sofa, love seat and recliner. Fantastic job, so happy. I also had a dark green recliner that had some of the color removed from a pillow sticking to the seat and back. He redyed these areas and match the color perfect. Several weeks later I had him redye a leather bench cushion that was dark brown to a lighter shade so it would match my sofa and love seat. He did another amazing job. I can hardly believe how good it looks. I highly recommend Brian. He is excellent.

Brian is so nice. I called him on a Thursday at 3pm to get an estimate for leather repair for damage I got on my cream couch, chaise and white leather bed. He advised me to take pictures to send to him for an estimate. Then within one breath decided to hook me up and just stop by at 4:30pm that same day to take the photos for me. Brian charges great rates and came out within two week to complete my repairs for me. He arrived during the 30 minute window that he provided for my appointment. Which I thought was great. A lot of service providers give you these large time windows and then show up outside of that time range. He did a wonderful job on my repairs and was courteous enough to constantly check in with me to make sure that I liked the work he was doing while he was doing the repairs. Thanks Brian!!!! Jeff and Kim ate great, professional and prompt, coming to our home to see the condition of our couch cushions and give us recommendations. It was decided to replace only the top of our leather cushions with new matching leather. After the leather came in they picked up the cushions on a Friday and returned them on Monday! I was just hoping we'd get them back in a week and we got them back in one working day!! The couch is like new at a fraction of the cost of a new leather couch. I have a 2012 F150 Lariat. As with many leather seats in trucks, they take a beating. My intent is to keep this truck and refresh it to like new condition over time. I originally reached out to Fibrenew to perhaps patch the damaged areas. After a consult with Jeff & Kim Gebhart I decided to replace the leather instead. It was so easy. Jeff and Kim replaced the leather in my driveway.

This was a long overdue decision by me and one I won't regret. Jeff and Kim turned my 2007 old leather seats into clean refreshed leather seats that look better than new. The suntan lotion stain on the passenger seat has completely disappeared and the well worn look to the drivers seat has disappeared too. Jeff and Kim are true professionals. They did a terrific job breathing new life into our matching leather sofa and loveseat. The seat and back cushions were sagging by various degrees after many years of heavy use. Now they are firm again, match perfectly and look like new. The cushions are all non-removable, so they had to access both from the underside. A challenge for some, but not for Jeff and Kim!

When the leather arrived they came back to the house and upholstered the chairs for us. This was helpful since we didn't know how we could get 6 chairs to any place with our cars. I contacted Jeff to discuss a small repair that needed to be done on my Corvette upholstery. He was able to help me the same day and did a good job. A couple days later he contacted me, because he forgot to apply a finishing spray. He came straight to my home and took care of the job. Also, the cost was very fair.

They did a great job. Quick one day work for all our three leather couch repair. No mess, no problem, did all the work right in the house living room. He is very detailed and will go over the all the options available for repair work. They will let you know upfront on cost and any extra work that needs to be done before we agree on leather repair work. My wife and I are very happy even after a few weeks, one of the repair work needed to be redone due to leather cracking. I called and they came back and redid the work as promised. Fibrenew did a repair to a rip in a leather car seat and to a scuff on the steering wheel. Both repairs restored the affected areas to "as good as new". There was no hint that any repair had been made to the original surface.

Fibrenew repaired several cracks in the arm of my leather sofa. When finished it was amazing looked brand new. He also cleaned my leather sofa, love seat and recliner. Fantastic job, so happy. I also had a dark green recliner that had some of the color removed from a pillow sticking to the seat and back. He redyed these areas and match the color perfect. Several weeks later I had him redye a leather bench cushion that was dark brown to a lighter shade so it would match my sofa and love seat. He did another amazing job. I can hardly believe how good it looks. I highly recommend Fibrenew.

It is my distinct pleasure to submit this comment on the service just provided by Jeff and Kim. My 1997 BMW convertible had (past tense) front seats that were really in bad shape. The driver's seat had a large tear in the side bolster, and both sides of both seats showed severe wear and cracking. I don't know how they did it, but both seats now look like new. Absolutely amazing! Jeff and Kim were extremely pleasant to work with, and I recommend them very highly.
Saw the inside of a worn King Ranch Ford truck that this group re-dyed and it looks great! Like new! The seats were only 5 years old but had lots of heavy wear, along with the console, and now looks brand-spanking new! Amazing!
I have a 2012 Tahoe that developed a crack on either side of the center dash speaker. I took it to the dealership and they wanted $1500 to replace it!!! I actually laughed at the guy when he gave me the total. I am very OCD about my vehicles and having the cracks bothered me a lot!! So I did some research and found Fibrenew. I sent them an email with a pic of the cracks and they quickly responded back with a quote. I scheduled a repair, and they were even able to come to my work. They were on time and explained the whole process and showed me the steps as he was doing them. The result was great!! The cracks are gone and the color matches perfectly, you can only tell that there was work done to the dash if I told you. Plus they guarantee their work for 1 year, so that's a plus. He advised me to take pictures to send to him for an estimate. Then within one breath decided to hook me up and just stop by at 4:30pm that same day to take the photos for me. Brian charges great rates and came out within two week to complete my repairs for me. He arrived during the 30 minute window that he provided for my appointment. Which I thought was great. A lot of service providers give you these large time windows and then show up outside of that time range.
