Fibrenew Newport Customer Reviews
“I want to sincerely commend Alex for stepping in to address a job that had previously been handled poorly by another franchise location. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship.
Not only was the work completed efficiently, but the care and precision applied ensured that the final result exceeded our expectations. Alex Fachinello clearly values both the product and the satisfaction of his customers, and it shows in every aspect of the job. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the outstanding service provided.
Equally impressive was the support from the corporate franchise team. Bruce Nurse worked effectively and proactively with me to resolve the issue, ensuring a smooth process and full satisfaction.
The product itself is truly innovative—an exceptional alternative to complete vinyl replacement. It not only looks fantastic but also provides durability and quality that stands out. I am extremely pleased with both the service and the outcome.
Thank you again for back your product and for your genuine commitment to quality, care and customer service.”
