Alex did an amazing job on a leather sleep sofa and ottomans that were in distressed condition to the point that we were going to donate them. They were 18 years old and had been exposed to the sun in our Laguna Beach home. Between wear and tear and the sun they looked horrible. Alex ended up spending the better part of a day, but in the end they looked brand new! He saved us several thousand dollars compared to us replacing them. I then had him repair the seat on my BMW which had worn and the leather ripped from where I would get in and out. Again, when Alex finished, I couldn't even tell there had ever been any damage. He is a pleasure to work with and now there are two of my neighbors who are going to use him!
The seats in our vehicle were renewed and cleaned. Yellow stains we could not removed were dyed over and it was a perfect match. I highly recommend Fibrenew's services,
Alexandre did a fantastic job repairing the vinyl captain’s chair of my 14 year old ski boat. He did such a good job, we gave him a second challenge the same day. He restored the leather of my “easy” chair and it’s ottoman to better than new condition.
Alex does great work. He's very skilled, like an artist! I had a few small tears in my interior car door and now it looks like new. Great to work with and made the entire process easy. He completed the job at my house while I worked. Now that's what I'd call customer service!

Restored a leather couch with extensive stain/discoloration to like new condition in about 2 hours.
For my Model Y, one of the kids placed gum on the seat, then tried to remove it and in the process removed the top layer of the seat... good grief. Tesla is outrageous with their service costs and in this case to replace the bottom seat they say they can't, they need to replace the WHOLE seat, at a cost of over $2k. After digging around I was referred to Alex, sent him photos and he said he can get it to 90% of new. I am pretty happy with the immediate outcome. See photos. There is an option other than reupholstering a newer car seat.
WOW… Alex from Fibrenew arrived on time to work on my BMW 650i convertible seats.
The condition of the front seats were in poor shape with wrinkles and cracks due to the age of the vehicle and sun.
After working hard to rejuvenate the seats, I was amazed to see that his work practically made them like new, showroom finish.

I had purchased a sofa and love seat from Ethan Allen twenty three years ago. It was pretty sad looking but had good structure. I contacted Alex to see if he could revive my sofas. Not only was he able to re-stuff the cushions which had deflated after years of use, but brought me my dream custom color in Carrara white ! Talk about a face lift! Not only did he fix my sofas but he revived an Aviator chair from Restoration Hardware, a barstool in which the leather peeled, and re-colored a leather hide which I will be using for a project to match the above sofas. I was very impressed with Alex, his work ethic (which is rare nowadays to find in contractors), and very pleasant/kind to deal with. Will definitely will use Alex again for future projects. Alex is the consummate professional at his craft. My 1985 Chevy Truck dashboard was in very bad shape from 37 years of sun damage. The vinyl was cracked and was lifting up from the metal base. I was a little skeptical that it could be repaired. Alex came to my home once a week for several hours a day for 3 consecutive weeks and worked his magic. The dashboard looks completely original now and exactly how I wanted it to turn out. Keep up the GREAT customer service Alex! You are a very good representative of Fibrenew.

Alex and the work he does with Fibrenew on leather restoration and reconditioning is amazing. I have a very expensive leather sofa set I bought 6 years ago that endured years of play (and abuse) with my last dog - a very large lab - and current puppy, and decided to recondition the leather due to scratches and color fading due to sunlight exposure.
Alex spent two days working on the sofa and it's as good as good new. When I lived in the Bay Area, I used Fibrenew on a previous sofa set and had the same experience. Their work is magic and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to restore or recondition expensive leather/upholstery.

Alex does amazing work!!! Abrasions on perforated leather are extremely hard if not impossible to fix and Alex was able to fix it! Great work, great personality, and if he isn't able to fix it he has great pricing for panel replacements which are so much cheaper than buying a new seat.

I have a 17 year old Hancock and Moore couch with a frame that is still in great shape. Alex came to my home and provided his expert opinion on the condition of the couch and told me the leather was such that it was a prime candidate for the FibreNew process. Boy was he spot on!
It is a sofa decorated with nailheads. Alex had recommended that we dye the nailheads the same color as the sofa or pay a premium to have all of the nailheads removed, dyed, and nailheads put back on. Once again, he gave excellent advice and saved us money! My husband and I are very pleased with the results!

Fibrenew was referred to us by our couch manufacturer. We have a 10 year old tan leather sectional that after lots of use had discolored in an area and had scratches. We reached out to Alex and he promptly responded and scheduled an appointment. The entire sectional looks brand new after the work that Alex did. You can’t see the discoloration or scratches at all. He also cleaned the entire couch. We are thrilled to be able to have a couch we love have new life breathed into it. This was the far less expensive than replacing. Alex showed up on time for the estimate and then agreed to do the work that same day for a more-than-fair price based on amazing quality of work (repaired leather seats and steering wheel, and re-painted dash and glove box areas that had peeled on my 15 year old vehicle). I recommend him and his thorough application of his great products without any reservation.
